| How do we charge? We bill on a Time & Material Basis. The service call is $59.00. The visit includes the first 30 minutes of service and allows the Handyman to give you an idea of approximate additional time and materials. Our hourly rate is $59.00 per man hour. ** Roofing Repairs and certain Siding Repairs start at $175.00 for the first half hour and $59.00 a man hour for additional time. Sales tax is applied to the final bill.
