· The “Raving Kaz Fan Thank You Program” will date back to clients who had work completed by Kaz Brothers since 1993. Call us or email us at ravingkazfan@kazbrothers.net and we will be happy to update you on the amount of points you have been credited. Projects dating back to 2003 and earlier may not have been inputted into our system. If by chance we don’t have your project in our system, please provide a copy of the original contract or statement and we will update your points. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for complete update.
· Recommendations prior to July 1^st, 2009 are not eligible for award points. Referrals must be registered prior to an appointment being set with a Kaz representative. Recommendations can be made online at www.kazbrothers.net. Points are only awarded if a project is completed with a Kaz company. When a project is complete and paid in full, points will be awarded to both the referring “Raving Kaz Fan” and the new purchasing “Raving Kaz Fan”.
· Only new potential clients, not past Kaz clients, can be claimed as a referral for this program.
· Points are accumulated based on the type and cost of the project. Points prior to 2009 have been discounted based on the type and cost of past projects. For any project contracts signed in 2009, each dollar spent equals 1 point. Special promotional incentives may also be available during the year.
· Sorry, only residential projects are eligible for award points. Commercial work is excluded from the program. Businesses, commercial property and associations are excluded from the program. Only individuals can receive the awards.
· Points are only awarded after project completion and after all payments have been made in full. The Kaz Companies reserve the right to eliminate anyone from this program without notice.
· We ask all “Raving Kaz Fans” to keep your address, email and phone numbers up to date, so we can keep you informed of your referral status. Any changes please email us at ravingkazfan@kazbrothers.net.
· Award levels must be reached for an award to be given. Points have no redeeming cash value and can be used for this program only.
· Your points will never expire. Once the 250,000 award level has been reached, points over the 250,000 carry over to begin a new balance. Example – Current level is 230,000 points and a new award of 55,000 points has been received. New balance becomes 35,000 points. 20,000 points used to reach 250,000 point level and 35,000 points to start a new balance, targeting the 100,000 point level.
· This is a “Thank You Award Program” but we reserve the right to cancel or change the program at any time.
· A “Raving Kaz Fan” must be 18 years of age or older to register. They will need to sign a W-9 form and Hold Harmless Agreement prior to receiving an award and is responsible for any taxes and liabilities.
· Charity Check Option – The organization must be a registered 501c Not for Profit organization or a local organization raising funds for a benefit. Proper proof may be required. Checks will only be written to the organization.
· Any employee of a Kaz company and their immediate family cannot participate in this Raving Fan Program.
· We need up to two weeks to process the 100,000 point award and up to four weeks for the 250,000 point award.
